Megalo Print Studio in Canberra presents Ligature, an online ehibition of screenprints, lithographs, C-type and digital prints from VCA Editions. Founded in 2015 in Naarm/Melbourne, VCA Editions has worked with a growing list of contemporary artists to produce limited edition prints, enabling these artists to experiment with new materials, processes and techniques through collaboration with expert printers.
Ligature brings together the results of these collaborations, presenting works by the following artists: Jumaldi Alfi, Damiano Bertoli, Jon Cattapan, Tony Curran, Mark Dustin, Tony Garifalakis, Richard Lewer, Fiona McMonagle, Stieg Persson, Yhonnie Scarce, Ugo Untoro and Zilverster (Irene Hanenbergh and Sharon Goodwin).
Due to the COVID-19 lockdown across the ACT, the gallery is currently CLOSED to the public. Ligature is currently an online exhibition only. The exhibition can be accessed at https://www.megalo.org/ligature.
